ask yourself…

Ask yourself questions. In anything in life, inquiry can be helpful. Just start asking yourself questions any time about any thing that comes to mind. Don’t worry about the answers. They tend to surface through life. But if the questions are asked, you’ll be sure not to miss the answers as they present themselves.

From “What do I really want?” to “Do I really want to do this?” to “What can I do differently this time?” — related to work, relationships, diet, whatever…I think it can be really helpful to get advice from ourselves through inquiry. We are honestly the best authority on ourselves “out there”, and this process starts to honor and appreciate that fact!

Please use the comments to demonstrate your own ignorance, unfamiliarity with empirical data, ability to repeat discredited memes, and lack of respect for scientific knowledge. Also, be sure to create straw men and argue against things I have neither said nor even implied. Any irrelevancies you can mention will also be appreciated. Lastly, kindly forgo all civility in your discourse . . . you are, after all, anonymous :)
