They tend to surface through life. But if the questions are asked, you’ll be sure not to miss the answers as they present themselves.
From “What do I really want?” to “Do I really want to do this?” to “What can I do differently this time?” — related to work, relationships, diet, whatever…I think it can be really helpful to get advice from ourselves through inquiry. We are honestly the best authority on ourselves “out there”, and this process starts to honor and appreciate that fact!
