My Best…

I`m selfish, impatient, and a little insecure. I make mistakes, I am out of control, and at times hard to handle, but if you can’t handle me at my worst, then you sure as hell don’t deserve me at my best.

  1. I’m with you when you’re right! This was my sig line for a few months on another site. I absolutely love this quote!

  2. @ Satch, yea except mine should read:

I`m selfish, impatient, and STUBBORN. I make mistakes, I MOVE QUICK, and at times hard to UNDERSTAND, but if you can’t handle me at my worst, then you sure as hell don’t deserve me at my best.

  3. Well spoken…the best is, indeed, the last…..if you will, my spin….”if you choose not to embrace me at my worst, then you have no right, nor deserve, me at my best!!! “

  4. I think a line like that is just an excuse for someone who is too lazy to do the work that is required to be a better person.

  5. Not sure if I agree. You can’t please everyone, nor should you try. And furthermore, people have to discover and contemplate their worst qualities in order to improve upon them. Human contact is needed during any stage in a person’s life, and those that stick around for the journey, in my opinion, are the one’s who touch and are most affected by the glory that each of us is capable of….

It is when you choose not grow as a person that perhaps laziness is a factor. But the fact that Marilyn and the agreed on this thread admit to having a worst and a best, I think that shows growth….

Please use the comments to demonstrate your own ignorance, unfamiliarity with empirical data, ability to repeat discredited memes, and lack of respect for scientific knowledge. Also, be sure to create straw men and argue against things I have neither said nor even implied. Any irrelevancies you can mention will also be appreciated. Lastly, kindly forgo all civility in your discourse . . . you are, after all, anonymous :)
